Our patented process (we call it LiBERT, short for Lithium-ion Battery and Electronic Recycling Technology) handles both the wastes in a single process meaning highly efficient process with minimal environmental impact. This reduces cost and enhances worker safety.

01. Safe Discharge & Disassembly
Units are then carefully disassembled into modules and cells, separating plastics, casings, and other non-metal components.
This step ensures maximum safety while preparing materials for deeper processing.
02. Mechanical + Thermal Treatment
A controlled thermal treatment (pyrolysis up to 600°C) removes electrolytes and binders without harmful emissions.
This process reduces waste volume, increases material concentration, and eliminates safety hazards.
03. Hydrometallurgical Recovery of Metals
High-value metals such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese, copper, and rare earths are recovered at up to 98% purity.
Precious metals like gold and silver are also extracted during this stage.
04. High-Purity, Reusable Materials
These outputs are reintroduced directly into the supply chain, enabling new EV batteries, electronics, and magnets to be manufactured with recycled materials.
